Electrical walk‑through day! Now that framing is finished, we met with our clients on site to walk room by room and confirm every outlet, switch, and light placement. It’s so important to us that our clients can 𝑠𝑒𝑒 how their home will function and make adjustments while it’s still easy to do. These walkthroughs always bring the vision to life and are such an exciting stage in the build!

Our BSB Team had a wonderful day enjoying the sunshine at Perissos yesterday! ☀️🍷
We loved catching up with prior clients, supporting our local winery, and picking up a few bottles to share with our current clients. It’s such a pleasure to be part of this amazing Lake LBJ community.

And of course, it’s always an extra bonus when we get to spend time with Larry and Sue, who are our BSB family. 🙂 Feeling grateful for good people, good wine, and a community we love! 💛

Big progress happening out at our casita project on the Legends on Lake LBJ Golf Course! 🏌️‍♂️⛳️ We poured the concrete this week, and it’s starting to feel real. This casita is going to be such a fun spot. Can’t wait to see the next stage come together! 🏠💛
