KT Waterfront Construction KT Waterfront is a construction company located in the Highland Lakes region of Central Texas.

We specialize in custom dock designs, and anything related to marine construction. KT Waterfront

Custom Docks
Our specialty is building permanent, custom boat docks on Lake LBJ and in the Highland Lakes area. We take the time to sit down and individually draw out a custom boat dock that fits your wants and needs. Then, our experienced dock builders will expertly craft your dock utilizing our state of the art construction barges. Dock Servicing
If for some reason you weren’t able to use KT Waterfront as your dock builder, or perhaps you have recently purchased lake property with a previously built dock, we would be more than happy to take care of all your renovation and servicing needs. Whether you want to retrofit the lift components for your new boat, or do a complete overhaul of your dock, we are there to serve you. Dredging
Our one-of-a-kind dredging operation is unique to Lake LBJ and the rivers that feed into it. Differeing from other companies that utilize suction pumps, hoses and bladder bags, we make use of our ability to transport excavation equipment, via floating barge, to and from your site. This allows us to dredge your property, remove the spoils, and transfer the materials to our own lake lot where we can unload the materials and take care of all disposal without equipment traffic or disturbance to your lawn and landscaping.

A Legacy Worth Honoring. A Future Worth Building. ❤️

The heart behind KT Waterfront Construction may no longer be with us, but the foundation Kevin Todd Lawdermilk built is stronger than ever.

To our valued customers, both longtime and new, we want you to know one thing: KT Waterfront Construction is still here, still strong, and ready to get to work!

Kevin built this company on hard work, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to treating every customer like family. Those values didn’t leave with him. They are the very foundation we will continue to build upon.

As we step into this next chapter, Cole and Mitch are eager and committed to carrying on what KT started, honoring his vision while continuing to grow the company he poured his heart and soul into. Alongside them is one of KT’s lifelong and most trusted friend - Brian Abell, bringing over 30 years of experience in business and project management, along with extensive construction knowledge.

Together, with the dedication and expertise of our entire KT team, we are confident in the road ahead.

While this transition comes with heavy hearts, it also comes with tremendous pride, determination, and a responsibility we don’t take lightly. We aren’t starting over. We’re continuing something great.

From custom docks and waterfront construction to repairs, renovations, and everything in between, we’re still here, ready to tackle your next project, big or small.

Same KT values. Same commitment to quality. Same dedication to our customers. A legacy that lives on.

KT Waterfront Construction — Built on a Legacy. Driven by the Future. ❤️
