I feel pretty strongly about growing a lot of our food for a lot of reasons... but also I think it's wild that we actively work to make food addictive instead of more nourishing. Philip Morris and RJ Reynokds can catch all the smoke. don't believe it? check out recently published works from UK, the University of Michigan, and UC Berkley.

Every time I plant something, I take a picture. I used to lie to myself and say I'd remember what I planted and where. 😂 let's all laugh together at that! What little hacks have you figured out to help your brain?

My cosmos that dropped seeds earlier are starting to sprout, which is a little sad because they definitely wont have time to grow. But they make great row markers for the fall crops I'm putting in! This little viard might be my new favorite garden tool of like - all time. We might get a frost later this week, but I'm still tossing seeds in the ground! Are you?

Cooking from scratch can suck, but you dont have to make it worse by expecting perfection on your very first try!

Am i crazy? maybe. But do I think it will work? Definitely!

Wanna help me?

I'm attending a vendor event this weekend with natural cleaning products, and I would love somw thoughts on what you would price these things at:

Handmade Bar soap
Handmade dish soap
Soap Dots (these are gonna come in a little 15 piece package, basically single use pieces of soap!)
Hand sanitizer spray 2 oz
Linen spray (think febreeze) 4 oz
Multi-purpose cleaner (soap based) 8 oz
Liquid Hand soap 8 oz
Toilet cleaning pods - likely in a 12 or 24 pack
Shower steamers (is this a bad fit? I'm not sure if maybe I should leave it out)
Glass cleaner (maybe) 8 oz

Anywho, let me know what you think!

it's true that they say that kids don't really come with an instruction manual, and he just have to do your best. but it is definitely incredibly validating when the choices that you make have almost immediate positive effects. I know I had a ton of anxiety about her going to a public school but it has been the absolute best choice for her!
