-must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation and posses a great attitude. If you can drive truck and trailer that’s even better.

-Full time position and at times 40+ hours a week

-lots of labor work involved but there is room to grow

This past winter was rough and the snow is melting revealing a complete mess! We’re gearing up for the 2026 season. Now scheduling:
-spring clean ups/downed trees, snowplow damage
-fertilizer programs
-weekly maintenance
-lawn installs/rehabs
-planting and garden design
-hardscaping

At M&K we are excited to start year 5 in business, and looking to add crew members.
