I had 2 Ryobi pressure washers that were not getting power. I called Ryobi customer service and they gave me Kingston enterprises contact number, I went there to their shop in Kingston n.h. it was an hour drive from my house,upon arrival one of the workers greated me and helped me bring the pressure washers into the building I explained to them what had happened and they said they would contact Ryobi and submit a claim 2 weeks later they confirmed that the power cords were no good so they had replaced them and now I have 2 as good as new pressure washers .the guys there told me it was a common problem and most people don't realize that they are covered under warranty for 3 years ,and to think I was just going to throw them out I couldn't return to home Depot due to the purchases being more than 90 days old .great service and very friendly people and the shop dog Vegas is a great and friendly dog he does bark when you walk in to the shop but they have a box of biscuits then when you give him one you gained a friend . Highly recommend!
