Once we started this roofing project, we discovered water-damaged decking hidden underneath the shingles. Since it was not visible during the original inspection, the insurance company did not include it on the original scope of work.

The good news? We were able to properly document the damage and submit a supplement with:

✅ Required documentation

As a result, the insurance company approved the additional decking replacement, meaning the homeowner did NOT have to come out of pocket for this unexpected expense. The insurance covered it. 👏

Happy Resurrection Day from Great State Construction ✝️

Today, we celebrate the greatest gift ever given. Jesus Christ laid down His life and rose again so that we could have hope, grace, and eternal life.
As we spend time with family and reflect on His sacrifice, we’re reminded that true restoration doesn’t just happen to homes, it happens in our hearts through Him.
We are grateful for the blessings He’s given us, for our community, and for every family we’ve had the opportunity to serve.
