KC northern division is killing this excavation project, expanding the future barn pad. Trucking the fill to the neighbors house to elevate his driveway and install a culvert. If you dont see our trucks in town working, we are probably up in NY running excavators! Oh, and the 10 year old work truck blew the transmission driving up, but made it there limping. So, we tossed it on a trailer and dragged it back home for a rebuild. Just a casual weekend up here at KC farms.

The customer states the metal scan company suggests there is a 5x6 metal septic tank that needs removal for the home sale. We came in and excavated said area, locating a steel manhole cover leading to an old water well. Being it was never abandoned, the necessary permits will be pulled to decommission the well.

Backyard/side yard extension on this home in Kinnelon. We exported many loads of dirt, imported multiple loads of boulders, and created flat areas on the side of this hill. Afterward, we installed roof leader drains and some conduit for the new hot tub pad. Also, we added wood chips on the steeper banks to control any erosion. I hope this family gets to enjoy the yard for many years to come!
