We have had a ton of calls about the water line survey. Have we seen any, and what it is about. Here is the answer. I would say 90% of you don't have lead pipes..(I have only seen it twice in the Kinsley, Lewis, Larned areas) but if you do, don't wait 10 years...get them replaced asap.

The Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday proposed new regulations to strengthen rules against lead contamination in drinking water and replace lead pipes nationwide.

Hirsh Construction is in the process of converting the Edwards County Courthouse, Fair Building, and County shop to touchless. We have finally received the faucets, light switches, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, urinals, and toilets. Supply and delivery has been a real headache due to COVID 19 and we are still waiting on water fountains. Stay tuned for more!
