Well it's officially 64°F today which means we're thawing out and finally ready to show off some of the recent outside work we had the pleasure of doing for The O'Neil! When I mentioned pushing ourselves to new heights in the new year not even I knew what was in store for us!

We want to thank The O'Neil Hotel for putting their trust in us and allowing us to provide a facelift on this beautiful historic landmark right in the heart of downtown Kinston!

It's beginning to look (and feel!) a lot like Christmas! The Christmas lights are hung, the temperatures are dropping, and if we're being honest the tree has probably been up since November!

Like that one Uncle that you only see at Christmas, I'm (Jordan) back again to show you pictures of stuff we've worked on! Todays cold and rainy forecast calls for some pictures of an interior update to our shop! Tommy thought this room could use a black accent wall to pull attention to the front of the room. I wasn't sure but when I saw the finished product I had to admit that he was right again! What do you think? Would you do something like this in your garage or shop?

I'm always trying to cross items off our household To Do List.....

Just this past week, I did so many things on our list around the house. I took out the garbage each day, washed and dried TWO WHOLE LOADS of laundry, and cleaned the dishes every night!
I know what you're thinking. "Wow! Such a great husband! Truly a beacon of responsibility and adulthood!"

Thank you. Yes, I'm very proud of myself.

Yes, I did take out the garbage, but it's still in the back of my truck waiting for me to haul it off.

Okay, and yes the dishes I washed and dried were mostly done by the dishwasher. (But I helped load it and put the little dishwasher pod in!)

Alright fine...…the laundry that I took out of the dryer is still in the chair waiting to be folded. (Doesn't everyone have a laundry chair?)

Okay, maybe I struggle to get everything on my list done. Do you have some things around the house that you've been putting off? Totally get that. Now that it's warmer, I'd rather be spending time outside with my family too.
