Hill, the driving force behind Neuse Landing Homes, LLC, is a North Carolina native with a passion for building both homes and legacies. Growing up on the family farm Paul's roots run deep in the Tar Heel State, shaping his love for its landscapes and communities. From an early age, Paul dreamed of working the land as a farmer, but fate had other plans. Undeterred, he dove headfirst into the world

of construction and engineering, beginning his journey at just 18 years old. Over the years, Paul honed his skills in remodeling, building and civil engineering, gaining invaluable experience in commercial projects before eventually finding his true calling in residential construction. Paul spent a few years working for the State of North Carolina as the Director of Facilities for historic sites, Paul's heart has always been in building homes. His dedication to craftsmanship and commitment to client satisfaction shine through in every project he undertakes. Outside of his professional pursuits, Paul finds solace and joy in the company of his beloved family. Alongside his wife Peggy, Paul cherishes moments spent cheering for NC State, bonding with his mini dachshund, Charlie, and creating memories with his three daughters: Rebecca, Samantha, and Nichole. Yet, it's his three granddaughters – Alice, Grace, and Olivia – who hold the most special place in his heart. Having lived in various parts of North Carolina, Paul now proudly calls New Bern home. Here, amidst the beauty of the coastal region, he indulges in his passions for golfing, waterfront activities, and, above all, quality time with his loved ones. As the driving force behind Neuse Landing Homes, LLC, Paul is not just a builder but a dream maker. With his solution-oriented approach and unwavering dedication, he helps turn homeownership dreams into reality, one meticulously crafted home at a time.
