We recently completed the concrete cutting and removal needed to install new sewer lines for an apartment building adding three new units. Our crew installed the underground lines, restored the area, and made sure everything was done to code.

Installed a new ball valve with drain, then stubbed out copper to the exterior of the home. Finished it off by installing a new pressure vacuum breaker outside so the irrigation system has a proper, code-compliant connection point.
Clean, solid setup that protects the home’s water supply and makes it easy to hook up the irrigation system. 🌱🔧

We swapped out an old three-handle shower valve for a new single handle Delta shower valve, giving this shower a fresh, updated look and smoother performance.
Instead of opening up the wall and replacing tile, we installed a remodel plate to cover the existing holes — saving time, money, and unnecessary repairs.

We removed the old unit and installed a brand-new 50-gallon electric water heater to get their hot water back up and running. ✅
✔️ Added a new expansion tank

Sewer problems aren’t always visible—but they can cause big issues.
This customer had a bellied sewer line from broken clay pipe and an old repair that wasn’t done correctly. We dug it up, removed the damaged section, and replaced it with Schedule 40 solid-core PVC, fixed the slope, and backfilled with gravel to prevent future settling.

This weekend we have some EXTREME cold temps moving in, we wanted to share some tips from a plumber!🥶

❄️ Leave your cabinet doors open that have plumbing in them to get more circulation and heat.

❄️ Try to keep your heat at 68 degrees.

❄️ If you have any faucets that are on or near outside walls, let them drip.

❄️ If you have a line that freezes, use a blow dryer to try to thaw it. NOT A TORCH. If you use a torch, it is more likely to burst! Keep your faucets open until that pipe thaws out.

❄️ Know where and how to shut off your water.

❄️ Make sure all hoses are unhooked.
