ALL lawn services will require Pre-payment after the initial service of NEW customers.
I have about 50% of my accounts that prepay on their own will. Thank yall..
And the other 50% I have to request multiple times.
I do this as an extra side hustle for my 15 year old. Its hard telling a 15 year old that he has to wait for his money.

Sorry for any inconvenience but I just don't have the extra time to keep going back and requesting payments on 8-10 clients.

Good Afternoon everyone,

SPRING TIME is quickly approaching here in Southeast Texas. That means the yards that have laid dormant since early to mid November will be sprouting new growth once again.
It's time to get your yard/property on the books for Lawncare.
I will start mowing around mid March.
This season I'm limiting to approx 15 bi-weekly yards/accounts.
We will be servicing Kirbyville (primary area) and Jasper/Buna areas if multiple accounts are available (and will cut ALL of Jasper on same trip and ALL of Buna on same trip)

Yes were in DECEMBER.....
And the grass is still SLOWLY growing on some yards...
we will be taking some new accounts in Spring 2025. Get on the books now.

How many Discount Tire sponsorship banners do you see at the local sports complex? ZERO... cause most of the big guys don't give back to the community....

I picked up this client a few days ago.
She stated she was ready to get her lawn back under control since she recently retired.
This yard has SO much potential and we are working towards taking control of this one...

Are you looking for a QUALITY and dependable lawn care company?

The clean cut is our work. Cut on a REGULAR basis every 7-14 days. .
We have received so much rain lately, the grass will overtake if you go more than 2 weeks

The brown yard full of grass clippings,well, this yard got a bid from me, I gave an initial price due to an OVERGROWN lawn that would need clippings removed and then a future price of they would commit to a 10-14 day schedule... Never heard back from customer that needed it cut ASAP... sometimes you get what you pay for...

Keep your lawn looking good and have it on a regular schedule. It's well worth the little extra to have a great looking yard.
