This Bellevue home wasn’t designed with straight lines—and we didn’t want the new decking to be either.

To preserve the home’s unique curved architecture, we custom heat-bent TimberTech Mahogany PVC decking so the finished deck would flow naturally with the design of the house. Combined with a hidden fastening system, the result is a clean, uninterrupted surface that feels like it has always belonged.

Projects like this remind us that exceptional outdoor living isn’t just about premium materials—it’s about respecting the architecture and paying attention to every detail.

Some homes deserve more than a standard deck replacement.

Perched above Lake Washington, this one-of-a-kind Bellevue home features sweeping curved architecture and breathtaking views. Our goal wasn’t simply to replace the decking—it was to preserve the character of the home while creating outdoor living spaces that felt like they had always belonged.

Using TimberTech Mahogany PVC decking with a hidden fastening system, we crafted three unique outdoor spaces designed for entertaining, relaxing, and taking in some of the best views on the Eastside.

Some backyards are built for summer.
The best ones are designed to be enjoyed all year.
For this project just north of Everett, the homeowners wanted more than a beautiful deck—they wanted an outdoor living space they could actually use throughout the changing seasons of the Pacific Northwest.
The centerpiece is a StruXure motorized louvered pergola, giving them complete control over sun, shade, and rain with the touch of a button. Paired with TimberTech® Vintage Collection decking in Coastline, Dark Hickory accent borders, integrated stair and rail lighting, and modern cable railing, the result is an outdoor space that feels every bit as comfortable and inviting as the inside of the home.
As designers and builders, that’s always our goal: creating spaces where families naturally spend more time together.

Great design isn’t about adding more—it’s about knowing what deserves the attention.
For this project just north of Everett, the view was always going to be the star. Our job was to build an outdoor living space that complemented it without competing for attention.
We chose TimberTech® Vintage Collection decking in Coastline, accented with Dark Hickory picture framing to add warmth and definition. Modern cable railing keeps the valley views wide open, while hidden fasteners create a clean, uninterrupted deck surface.
As the sun goes down, TimberTech recessed stair riser lights and illuminated rail post lights bring the space to life—adding both safety and ambiance for evenings outdoors.
Every material and every detail was selected with one goal in mind: creating a beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor living space the homeowners will enjoy for decades.

Some backyards deserve more than a deck—they deserve an outdoor living experience.
This North of Everett project was designed around one thing: the view.
We built a custom TimberTech composite deck that creates multiple gathering spaces without interrupting the incredible panorama of the Valley and Puget Sound views. Modern cable railing keeps sightlines open. Integrated stair and rail post lighting(from Timbertech) adds function and ambience after dark.
One of my favorite parts of this project is how naturally it feels connected to the home. Every detail was planned to make outdoor living feel effortless.

A better perspective of this Edmonds outdoor living transformation.

This drone view really shows how all the spaces connect together — the elevated TimberTech deck, covered patio below, layered hardscape, and unobstructed Puget Sound views.

A lot of planning and detail work went into making this project feel clean, open, and effortless.

Modern elevated deck overlooking Puget Sound in Edmonds.

This project features TimberTech decking, custom cable railing, and a cedar soffit ceiling that transforms the lower patio into a true outdoor living space.

One of the coolest details is the full NanaWall glass system connecting the interior directly to the deck — allowing the entire second-story wall to open up for seamless indoor/outdoor living.

Clean lines. Warm materials. Incredible views.

Really proud of how this one came together.
