If you suspected beaver damage and dam building, it's easier and cheaper to call me early on.....

I can assist you with the DEC permit for dam removal and beaver removal if needed.....

This property is 88 acres. I removed 9 beaver total. There are 2 major dams and 3 smaller "beginner dams" as I call them.

Unfortunately, If you don't trap the beaver they will never stop. Dam removal is the other component of the equation to get water moving the way it was prior to the beaver invasion.

Beaver dam breaching on this fine afternoon.

I breached four dams and let them sit for two weeks. Today I went and all were still open except one, that was repaired with mud and very little beaver sign.

The open dams were widened and levels dropped again.

The repaired dam was breached and I'll set traps again in a few days.

All beaver dam breaching and water lowering is done carefully and slowly. Uncontrolled water can flood property and homes downstream.

Nuisance wildlife control is not the most glamorous occupation out there. But I do get to see things that look like Bob Ross paintings...

I setup on our 88 acre nuisance beaver project yesterday and this was this morning's catch..

The property owner's permit is for beaver removal and dam removal/breaching.......

Busy busy busy.

It's been a while since I've posted. A few jail birds from today's customers.

It's been non-stop woodchucks and skunks lately. I've been doing a ton of ground exclusion to keep woodchucks and skunks out. The spring was filled with birds and squirrels as well....

Some nuisance beaver work coming soon... I'll post pictures...I'm working with a property owner under a DEC permit to remove beaver and beaver dams...🦫

Voles and moles the last few days.

Here's woodchuck #2 in less than 24 hrs of setting a trap in East Syracuse.
