Pictures do not do this one justice! 10' long, 3 cuts at wider than 20", all cut at heavy 8/4. This tree was my neighbor's. Got struck by lightning a couple of years ago, and she had me take it down because the top was going. Heavy Spalding,or maybe that's from the lightning, but I've never seen colors like this in a sycamore.

New inventory from That Tree Feller. 8/4 slabs. 8' long, 22" wide "Ghost Maple" slabs. This flitch got 6 wide slabs and 2 outside cuts. Apx 24 bf per slab.

Another textbook felling by The Tree Feller. Always has at least 2 safety mechanisms in place to insure an accurate and safe felling. This Tree was an 18" diameter cherry with home owner's Holy trees less than 10' to the west, house and shed less than 20' to the south and they wanted to keep it from damagaging too many trees in the woodline and reduce holes in the grass. Could have drove a 10 pennies nail into a board with thos accuracy. Wedges and pull line were 2 mechanical safeties for this drop. Cherry will be cut into boards for furniture and fire wood to make sure I honor this precious recourse.
