We’re officially getting started on the new space for Shine Spa. They’ve outgrown their current spot, so we're stepping in to build out a bigger, better layout to help their business keep growing.

Right now it’s just studs and concrete, but stick around to watch this space transform into a finished Aesthetic Medical Spa!

We're excited to handle the commercial build-out for the brand-new Sourdough & Co. on Mid Rivers Mall Drive!

This is the first of three upcoming St. Louis area locations that BF1 Contracting will be finishing for them.

Back with part two of our tour at Racquel Aesthetics 🥂

Last time, we showed off all the main areas we renovated—the lobby, product room, and IV room. Today, we’re back to show some of the functional spaces, like the treatment rooms, staff lounge, boardroom, and bathrooms.

No detail was overlooked in this reno, and you can really see it from the moment you walk in. Thanks again to the team at Racquel Aesthetics for trusting us with this project! 🛠️
