TEAM APPRECIATION SPACE ❤️‍🔥

We want to thank each one of you from the bottom of our heart for your dedication, effort, and the care you put into our daily work. What we’ve built together wouldn’t be possible without the talent and energy of every member of this incredible team. Thank you for always being willing to give your very best.
Looking ahead, we know we still have so much to achieve. Let’s keep moving forward together, with the same unity and determination, because when we work like this, nothing can stop us. The future is ours, and it will be even brighter if we continue walking side by side. Unfortunately it only fits 20 pics, more to come 🙌🔥

Today we had an epic visit at the new Inter Miami stadium project—David Beckham showed up, stopped everything, and asked for a photo with every single team member. Pure humility! 💙⚽😅
It has been incredible to help bring the new Inter Miami Stadium to life and we can’t wait to show you the results. Soon 🤞🏽 ”

🌀❤️‍🩹 Hurricane Repair @ Don Cesar in St. Petersburg.

It’s very unfortunate that tragedies like that happens often and destroys many things in its way, and Historical and Huge buildings are even more affected and takes a LOT of time to be built back again.

The Hurricane Repair operation started the day after the Hurricane hit. But it takes planning, it takes procedures, it takes layers and layers of approvals and more importantly, it takes an Excellent Team working together to Make It Happen! And at the Don Cesar they had PCL leading the way and they had US taking care of the Majority of the Scope of Work.

We peaked 30 guys working over 70 hours a week. But it has been incredible 6 months and over 30,000 hours put on from our Team! Great Job 👏🏽

EPIC, The New Universal Themed Park is finally open!

It’s 5 different worlds where you are allowed to feel ALL of your emotions. It doesn’t matter your age, this park was designed for you and for you to have a BLAST when you are there.

People may think work is tough and People have no idea of the work put on to bring all those dreams into reality and functionality. Going there to enjoy the day with your beloved ones is cool but being part of the Team that makes that happen? It’s in a whole another level. Happier is the one that serves, remember that!

After one year and nine months of hard work, moren than 5 different big clients, more than 10 projects, over 75 VC PROs helped, we did Team. It’s live and its being well enjoyed by MILLIONS of people! 🤩

It’s incredible amazing to see not only how much we grew in these past 12 months but also the friends and people that we met, learned from and put a SUPER TEAM together. This picture does not represent VC PRO Builders 100%, it’s not fair with (8) other PROs that are in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Not fair with the other (2) PROs that are in Miami. The other PROs enjoying time with their family as we work a LOT And the other ones celebrating birthday Today, by the way, Happy Birthday to Victor Guillen and Luiz Gustavo 👏🏽

Victor and I started this journey with higher expectations and with the goal of starting hiring within 6months. 12 months later we CAN SAY that we are a total of 35 PRO Builders. That was only possible because the Team has the same goal: thrive 🚀 We Make Things Happen!
