This day in 1776, George Washington lead his troops into battle at Trenton,NJ and kicked some hessian butt! This unbelievable victory encouraged the conteniantal army to stay and fight with General Washington even after their enlistment ended on January 1, 1777. Without this monumental victory, all would have been lost.

Today in 1941, the Japanese attacked the United States and opened fire on the Pearl Harbor. Let us remember all of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice on this day and all throughout the war. This will forever remain "a day which lives in infamy".
