Good Afternoon Everyone!

I hope everyone is doing well! We would like to announce our 4th Annual Bill Jones Memorial Scholarship golf tournament date. This year we have reserved Sea Scape Golf Links for Thursday May 9th with a start time of 12:00. We will have dinner and a DJ immediately following the tournament. We will have lots of prizes, as well as great raffle items to give away, so we are hopeful that everyone will be able to join us again.

Thanks to everyone on this list, we have raised over $80,000 in the past three years to apply towards scholarships. I am attaching the entry form for the tournament. Please be aware that the course can only take 30 teams. The first 30 entries we receive followed by prompt payment will secure your spot in the event. If you're not interested in playing, we are also looking for hole sponsors and donations for the raffle. You can also join us for dinner by purchasing a ticket. Please respond to this email with any questions or concerns. We look forward to seeing you on May 9th!

Please note that the rain date, if needed, will be Thursday May 16th.

It's Back and Better than Ever!

October 6-8: We're celebrating the Outer Banks Home Builder Association' 30th annual Parade of Homes and this year, EVERYONE'S INVITED! The 2022 Outer Banks Parade of Homes experience on Columbus Day weekend will be back to in person tours during Open Hours of Thursday-Saturday from 10:00 am-6:00 pm. This means that during these three days you will have exclusive access to some of the most innovative, exciting homes on the Outer Banks.

October 9: Join us on Sunday from 10:00-4:00 for a Trade Expo at the determined event site to meet with the trades people, vendors, manufacturers and other associate members of the Outer Banks Home Builders Association and the Outer Banks Association of Realtors. Participating builders and other member builders will be available during the Trade Expo for conversation as well. Local food trucks will be available to fulfill the appetite you worked up during the day. Near the end of Sunday's events, the awards will be announced for the participating Parade Houses by both the Judges and YOU, the People! Be the first to hear if your favorite house is a winner!
