We had a blast getting out for the Builders Golf Tournament and connecting with so many great people from around Klamath Falls.

As a local, family-owned construction company, one of our favorite parts of owning a business is getting to be involved in the community we call home. ✨A Moody, Low-Maintenance Bathroom We’re Kind of Obsessed with

Their bathroom wasn't falling apart.

Nothing was leaking.

The layout actually worked really well.

But every morning they walked into a room that felt...forgettable.

Like so many builder-grade bathrooms, it was filled with beige finishes, dated lighting, and zero personality.

Instead of tearing everything apart and starting from scratch, we asked a different question:
"How can we make you fall back in love with this home?"

The answer wasn't one big decision—it was a hundred small ones.
✔ A moody paint color instead of another white bathroom.
✔ Marble-look shower panels that eliminate grout maintenance.
✔ 3D renderings to help the homeowners confidently choose finishes before construction even began.
✔ A checkerboard floor that became the statement piece of the entire room.

The finished bathroom looks completely different, but what I'm most proud of is what you don't see—the waterproofing, prep work, and craftsmanship behind the walls that will help this remodel last for years.

Okay Klamath Falls… we need your opinion on this one 👇

This bathroom went from very early 2000s to clean, bright, and actually functional.

But here’s the question…

👉 Would you keep a tub/shower combo like this, or go full walk-in shower if it were your home?

We see homeowners go back and forth on this all the time—especially with kids, resale value, and daily use.

Here’s what we updated in this space:
