Pressure washed and 2 coats of Cedar Naturaltone Stain on all the Cedar Siding. Thompson's Water Seal on the the decks. Painted the gutters, downspouts, and 1 metal door/frame. The homeowner liked the patina on the stucco, so we left it alone.
