Completed in 2022, the Ruth & Steve West Workforce Development Center is a 51,000-square-foot facility located on Pellissippi State Community College's Blount County Campus. In partnership with Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Knoxville, this facility creates opportunities for students, workforce development programs, and industry partners across East Tennessee.

From welding and mechatronics to IT, culinary arts, and engineering pathways, the center continues to prepare the next generation for high-demand careers. We're honored to have played a role in bringing this vision to life.

to one of Denark’s most recognizable historic renovation projects — the Tennessee Theatre in downtown Knoxville, TN.

Completed in 2005, this transformational project preserved the theatre’s historic character while helping convert the grand movie palace into a state-of-the-art performing arts facility. The work included restoration of the theatre’s ornate interior finishes, major structural modifications, a deeper stage house for modern live performances, and a 10-story addition constructed on a highly constrained downtown site.

Two decades later, the Tennessee Theatre remains a treasured gathering place where East Tennessee comes together for concerts, performances, celebrations, and shared experiences.

Denark is proud to have helped preserve this Knoxville landmark and prepare it to serve the community for generations to come.
