MONDAY MATTERS 🧊❄️

Sometimes the best finished results are the ones that look like nothing was ever changed at all.

A new customer in Vonore came to us wanting a standalone ice maker installed in their kitchen. What that actually required was modifying the existing cabinet space to accommodate the unit, running electrical to power it safely, and hooking up the plumbing to keep it running the way it should. 🔧⚡💧

And through all of that, the face of the kitchen had to stay completely uniform. No visible evidence of the work behind it. No patch here or mismatched panel there. Just a kitchen that looks exactly the way it always has, with one very welcome addition tucked right in underneath the counter. 🏠✨

What started as a straightforward update job at a church in Englewood quickly became something much more significant once our team got on site and got to work.

The original estimate covered drywall repair, painting, door replacements, and a few other minor tasks. But hidden behind the surface was rotted paneling and termite damage that had gone undetected and needed to be dealt with the right way. 😬

Our team did not hesitate. They assessed the full extent of the damage, brought their findings directly and immediately to the church's point of contact, and came prepared with a clear plan for how to address everything properly. No surprises left unspoken. No corners cut. Just honest communication and a team ready to do what needed to be done. 🤝💪

We Work with Where You Are Right Now. 🏠✅

Some customers come to us for full remodels and brand new installs. Others come to us because something needs attention today and a bigger project is down the road. Both are absolutely welcome here and both get the same care and effort from our team.

A new customer in Oak Ridge recently reached out about a missing picket on their 6ft privacy fence. The fence was nearing the end of its life and a full replacement is likely in their future. But right now that was not the ask. The ask was one picket and getting that gap in their fence taken care of. 🙌

We showed up, replaced the picket, and got their fence back to doing its job. No pushing for more. No making them feel like one picket was not worth our time. Just a repair done right for a customer whose immediate need we were glad to take care of. ✅💪

When the time comes for that full fence replacement or any other project they have in mind, we hope they will think of us. And if another small repair comes up before then, we will be just as glad to show up for that too.

This Is Why Experience on the Job Site Matters. 🚪✅

A new customer in Farragut had finally decided it was time to check something off her wish list she had been wanting for years. A screen door on her French patio doors. She had already purchased the door she wanted and just needed a team she could trust to come out and get it installed. 🙌

When our technician arrived and assessed the opening, he quickly identified that the door she had purchased was too tall to fit the existing opening. That is the kind of moment that can send a job sideways fast if the person on site does not know what they are doing.

Fortunately ours did. 💪

He evaluated the construction of the door, recognized that the design allowed for the bottom to be trimmed down to the right height without compromising the integrity of the door or altering the way it looked, made the trim on site, and installed the door correctly. Clean, functional, and exactly what she had envisioned. 🏠✨

No return trips. No telling the customer to go exchange it. No giving up because it did not go exactly as planned. Just a technician who knew what he was looking at and knew what to do about it.

There is something about a brand new patio cover that makes you want to do more with the space underneath it. More time outside. More entertaining. More evenings spent exactly where you want to be.
