A box of sensors is not a water-risk plan.
Before recommending equipment, someone should determine where the building is vulnerable, what could happen, how long the condition might go unnoticed, and who is responsible for responding.
That is how Brown Risk Group and NestShield work together.
BRG performs the Commercial Water-Risk Assessment. The assessment documents the building’s exposure and can stand on its own without an equipment purchase.
When continuing protection is justified, NestShield develops a building-specific Protection Plan.
Depending on the findings, that may include leak detection, temperature and humidity monitoring, unusual water-use monitoring, alerts routed to designated building personnel, reporting, or property-specific shutoff protection.
The technology can identify and report a condition. The building’s designated personnel remain responsible for investigating and responding.
Assess first. Protect with purpose.
Know the Condition. Understand the Risk.
