Now Hiring – Construction & Grounds Associate (Full-Time)

King Properties and Development, LLC is a growing, family-owned real estate development company based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and we are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team.

This position involves a mix of construction work, property improvements, landscaping, and equipment operation across job sites within about 30–40 miles of Knoxville.

Job Duties May Include:
• Mowing, trimming, and landscape work
• Operating equipment (skid steer, zero-turn mowers, trailers, small dump trucks)
• Minor carpentry, painting, and property improvements
• General labor and site work
• Assisting with organizing and managing additional labor when needed

Position Details
• Full-time (around 40 hours per week)
• Pay: $20–$23 per hour depending on experience
• Some paid time off
• Valid driver’s license required
• Occasional Saturday work may be required

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company. As our business continues to expand, this role has the potential to develop into a leadership or operations position.
