Need Mini Skid Steer work let us know. This client needed their sewer line dug out and I use my my Skid Steer to dig it out. 120 feet. Plumber liked the room he had to work.

This was a complet bathroom rebuild. The joist either dry rotted or had water damage. Everything was ready to fall in. With temporary supporting the hallway. We were able to save the hard wood floors in the hallway. We removed all damage, reinforced the beam going down the center of the house and installed new joist under the bathroom and hallway. Then installed new tub, tile flooring, knockdown texture and paint on wall's abd ceiling. New vanity and top toilet and trim. BIG project but fun to do...

This bathroom was a half master bathroom and a kitchen pantry modified together to make a full master bathroom. Client did there research and with a few questions from me came up with a great design. This is what we came up with.
