Expert Appliance Repair will be conducting phone interviews this week and face to face interviews next week for a position that will start on September 23rd or September 30th.
This ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, phone skills, and is able to use a computer to schedule appointments and navigate customer service issues, with an extreme focus on being an advocate for the customer and over the phone support for our technicians as needed when they are in the field.
This will be an office based position in Kokomo, we will be opening up our new office as soon as the renovations are completed. The ETA for this is the week of the 23rd through the 30th. The hours are Monday thru Friday 8-5, with a one hour lunch break.
Pay is commensurate with experience, however someone with no experience can expect a starting salary of $600 weekly, with commission for every successful retail appointment booked. The average commission for this position is expected to average $200 per week, however the sky is the limit on the commission side. We offer annual reviews and raises! A good employee with a successful history can expect annual raises of $100 per week. 1 week of paid vacation is available after your first full year of employment years 1 through 4, Years 5-9, 2 weeks. Subsequent years 3 weeks.

You must be able to pass a criminal background screening, as you will be handling credit card and other sensitive customer information.
