Tonight’s service call was for no water, and stuff acting weird in the home. After the plumbers verified isn’t wasn’t an issue with the well, we were called in.

We were quickly able to diagnose a burnt connection in the generator transfer switch, ultimately not allowing proper power to flow. For the weekend, we bypassed the transfer switch, and will be back later to fix the issue properly.

For now, they can enjoy the rest of the weekend!

One of yesterday’s several service calls consisted of a bathroom fan & light not having enough power to operate.

We quickly diagnosed it to a loose neutral connection somewhere. After a little tracing, we were able to locate this box buried in the wall, with several poor connections.

Within 2 hours, we were able to remove those buried junction boxes, relocate the splices to an accessible junction box, and make sure this homeowner was safe again.
