Every house deserves a yard.

In the Hollywood Hills, usable outdoor space is often limited. We transformed a steep hillside into a series of functional terraces, creating spaces designed to be lived in and enjoyed.

This project features a covered wellness pavilion with a gym, sauna, and cold plunge, a lush grassy lawn for relaxing in the summer sun, and below it all, a custom raised garden that will become the centerpiece of the landscape.

Thoughtful design can turn even the most challenging terrain into an extension of the home.

We do an excellent job taping and protecting our new window installs, but we strive for perfect. And perfect does not always happen on the first pass.
