We proudly celebrate our CEO and President, Rene Capistran, who was recognized by Cameron County with a proclamation for his leadership in helping bring together the people, partners, funding, and in-kind donations needed to construct a new home for Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 2410 in Cameron County.

This recognition represents more than one individual. It reflects a collaborative, multi-organization effort rooted in service, gratitude, and a shared commitment to honoring the veterans who have served our country.

We had the honor of hosting a special luncheon to show our appreciation to UTRGV and personally present the university with its very own ABC National Excellence in Construction Eagle Award.

This gathering was more than a celebration of an award. It was a moment to recognize the trust, collaboration, and partnership that helped bring the Robert & Janet Vackar Stadium to life.

We are grateful to UTRGV for allowing Noble to be part of a project that will serve students, athletes, fans, and the Rio Grande Valley community for years to come.
