For two years, this project has remained a focal point on my list. The initial pad construction was completed in May 2024, and the final grading was wrapped up recently, paving the way for landscaping work to begin. It's noteworthy that 40% of the residence will be positioned 6' to 12' above the site's natural elevation. Throughout the project's duration, I've had the opportunity to contribute to every phase, which has been incredibly fulfilling. The project's completion is slated for another year from now, courtesy of the general contractor, but I felt the current progress merited a mention. It’s always a pleasure doing work for such an awesome family. Thank you to the Elliot family for once again putting you trust in me and allowing me to be a part of this project. Turning this old tank into a baseball field for the boys, these young fellows are always outside doing something. This is a testament to great parents teaching the youth to enjoy all the things the outdoors has to offer instead and setting in front of the TV or video game. Sod being laid tomorrow and it will be ready for their use.

Successfully cleared a 1-acre site to accommodate the construction of a new 50x70 building. The pad has been installed and compacted, and it is now ready for the concrete contractor to commence work. The next step involves proceeding to the main house to finalize the grading in preparation for landscaping. This project has been extensive, spanning two years and involving multiple phases.

Just in time for the rain! Big thanks to the Steve Boehm family for this great opportunity.

Project consisted of removing two rusted out 48”x30’ culverts and replacing with two new 48”x40’ culverts. We removed the old wood wings and after regrading the area put down geotech, placing 18” to 24” rip rap to prevent erosion. Raised the top elevation of the new road over the creek crossing and added another 10’ to the width allowing big trailers to easily make this turn without riding the edge of the road. Built to last and withstand the heavy water flow that it sometimes sees.

Another chapter finished up for the Greene family. Y’all’s friendship and trust in me is so appreciated. This project consisted of finishing the driveway into the newly built home, building a barn pad with driveway, grading the yard, seeding and even giving the first water to the grass seed. Thanks again y’all, it’s been a complete pleasure seeing this project from the very beginning all the way to the end. Enjoy your new oasis!
