Progress Update: The Castel Oak

The next stage of the groundworks is now complete, with the hardcore carefully compacted and the damp-proof membrane and steel reinforcement installed in preparation for the concrete floor slab.

It is with great sadness that we share the details for the celebration of the life of Graham Gauvain, our friend and colleague for the past 23 years.

Graham was a much loved member member of the Wheeler Developments family and will be greatly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and all who knew him during this difficult time.

GAUVAIN, Graham Richard

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Graham, after a short illness borne with courage, dignity and positivity, at Les Bourgs Hospice on Saturday, 27th June 2026, aged 74 years. Much loved brother of Shirley and Rodney, and brother-in-law of Tony. A loved uncle and great-uncle, and will be sadly missed by all.
