UPPA- Unauthorized Practice of Public Adjusting, last few years we been receiving increased inquires of UPPA in Southern California. In State of California, estimators & contractors are not allowed to practice adjustment of claim, and their lack of knowledge of claim process & policy terms and condition adversary affect out come of homeowner’s claim. January 25th 2025- While vising Universal Studio Hollywood with family- noticed construction workers placing tarping and preventative measure to protect new ride being constructed amid rainstorm ( Fast & Furious). Urging recent wild fire damaged homeowners to assess your house if need to take preventive measure to protect your house from possible soil erosion results from recent wild fires as many of these house's tree & shrubs and plants has been burnt & soil is loose, and with storm approaching Malibu, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Altadena, Pasadena, Valencia & Castaic Lake, Mandeville Canyon, Loma Alta Park, Topanga Oaks, Sylvia Park, Saugus, Normandie Heights, Pardee, Canyon Country areas. Keep in mind combination of loose soil along with rain storm may increase the probability of soil erosion may result sinking & shifting of the house's foundation & compromise structural integrity.

Hot slab leak at hall closets spread water damage to kitchen areas. You have witnessed demolition of kitchen cabinets result of water loss, however, at the end of the tunnel of adjustment of the claim, we have reached final destination called “NEW & IMPROVED KITCHEN”; thumbs up on your selection of the colors and trims.
