Did you receive a Safe Sidewalks Program Notice from the City of San Diego?

Do NOT ignore it.

Under California Streets & Highways Code Sections 5610-5629, property owners are legally responsible for maintaining sidewalks adjacent to their property, even though the sidewalk is located within City right-of-way.
