Whole house closet remodel in Bird Rock. Got to do some fun fairly custom mods on this one. Battle of inches in a closet and how to give a little to get a ton.

Saved this client so manyheadaches, from their self plan to final encantation. The professional on site measurement and estimate for $149 and $75 per additional room saved them thousands in change orders, and material returns and repurchasing.

They went along with my process and the end result was immaculate.

From utter chaos to well defined spaces.

Added pantry cabinets, left one sliding door to hide water heater.

Fixed dryer vent with with solid tubing. Granted still dislike the distance of run. Added a y vent for ease of cleaning.

Lifting platforms and rack mounts.

Semi custom cabinets above laundry and fixed a few electrical nightmares along the way.
