Our Destination Trailer at Prairie du Chien needed a little refreshing to the kitchen and bath. So this was our weekend. I built the vanity at home last week from scratch, because it’s wall-to-wall, and there is a 12 volt converter mounted on the floor underneath. As ususl Desi Wildeboer McLaughlin was in charge of selecting the color scheme and handling the painting. We used a laminate refinishing kit from Menards on the kitchen counter- i was impressed!! Desi stayed ahead of me with a paintbrush as I bounced from one room to the other. There are a few more things to wrap up. (Came up a little short on the faux tile above the vanity; need to select some new black hardware in the kitchen) But all-in-all, a weekend that even Chip and Joanna would have to agree ranks right up there!
