Iv been watching this tank in New Berlin Tx for 10-12 years fill up and go dry. It looked like a massive tank when filled with water. But it was very shallow so the evaporation killed it, not to mention the dam was leaking because it wasn’t cored. A lot of times that’s a result of not having the right equipment to move mass dirt or the knowledge. My D9, D7 dozers, 621B scraper, 210 excavator knocked this job out quick & easy. I suggested to the customer that we need to dig test holes sense the ground in this area changes very quickly. What did we find ?! Clay as deep as we could dig! I didn’t get to shoot grades because we were trying to beat the rain. But that’s a D9N setting in the bottom of it for reference. Caterpillar only makes two sizes bigger.

Just look at this absolutely stunning creek bottom we just finished clearing! A snake 🐍 couldn’t slither trough it two weeks ago. We did traditional clearing away from the creek & mulched close to it for erosion purposes. You dream it / We build it. 830-741-1664

Headed home. The Montgomery Tx job has given us a warm welcome with 25 inches of rain on the job sense we broke ground. 5-10 inches more expected in the next few days.
