Gabriel takes pride in everything he does and tries to learn something at every stop. He’s been active in assembly across many aspects of building and finishing jobs, and has grown into an excellent Edgebander operator. Right now he’s learning the CNC and picking up material management to help support Production.

Team, food, and a whole lot to celebrate. Our August all team meeting brought everyone together to recap the Team Appreciation Party, check out our progress at Goose Creek Events Center with Trident Construction, and look back on the Bocket Orthodontics project alongside Harbor Contracting. We also dug into 6 month profitability, our 12 month backlog, ran through some Innergy training, and took time to recognize our team members for their hard work. Grateful for a crew that shows up every day and makes moments like this one worth celebrating.

Please join us in congratulating Mitchell Chavis, the 2026 recipient of the Annual LCCM Award! 🏆

This award is chosen by the previous year’s recipients and given to the team member who best embodies ALL of LCCM’s Core Values. This year, that’s Mitchell.

Since joining LCCM in July 2019, Mitchell has become a favorite on job sites for his unmatched customer focus. He’s agile, jumping in across multiple teams to get the job done right. His growth as a leader and as an individual has been remarkable, and his installation skills speak for themselves: a damn good product, every time. Now he’s passing that expertise on as a mentor in Production & Solid Surface Fabrication.

Mitchell’s passion for Team LCCM runs deep. He takes extreme ownership of his role, protects his LCCM family fiercely, and leads with integrity and loyalty. He’s shown up for this team year after year, and if anyone can do it, it’s Mitchell.
