Full-Time Receptionist / Office Assistant / Safety Officer
Wade Surveying Inc. – Lady Lake, FL
(Relocating to Leesburg in 2026 – must be willing to commute)
Wade Surveying Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team full-time. This position combines front office support with a developing Safety Officer role.
Important: Our office will relocate to Leesburg in 2026. Applicants must be willing to commute.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and answer phones professionally
Manage emails and provide general office support
Perform data entry and maintain organized records
Assist with administrative tasks and project tracking
Use Microsoft Word and Excel (QuickBooks a plus)
Help develop and build our Safety Officer program (new role)
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Prior office experience preferred
Surveying knowledge helpful but not required
Self-starter who can take initiative and build processes
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
