On this project, a window was replaced for a slider door and a deck was added to the back, leading out from the kitchen, helping expand the hosting capabilities and fun for this family.
- TimberTech Sea Salt Gray decking with hidden screws
-Timbertech black railings, topped off with a cocktail rail. The corner posts are taller for hanging lights.

On this job, we pulled the ancient carpet and found an older concrete patio that was choppy at the seams and had raised and shifted. Using a grinder, we flattened those edges and filled the room with self-leveler.
SmartCore Jasper Onyx LVP flooring was the go here and new baseboards to finish up.

Welcome to the 21st century.. This studio was close to 40 years outdated and needed a major makeover. Thankfully, a hoarding situation was resolved and they are thrilled to start anew!
BRAND NEW everything:
Carpet and flooring throughout, counter and tiled backsplash, kitchen cabinets, plumbing fixtures, electrical switches and outlets, complete bathroom remodel with toilet, built-in shower and tiled floor, baseboards throughout, removal of popcorn celling with skim-coat, and all new appliances.
