From the built-in shelving surrounding the fireplace to the extra cabinets and sink in the utility room, every upgrade was chosen with purpose. The walk-in pantry got even more storage with additional shelving, and the rear entry cubbies create the perfect drop zone for backpacks, shoes, and everything that comes through the door after a busy day. 🎒 👟

Seeing homeowners take one of our floor plans and make it their own is one of the best parts of what we do. We can't wait to see this beautiful house become a place filled with memories for years to come. 🧡

Our took the Sterling Farmhouse to the next level—and we are obsessed with the results! 😍

They added brick detailing along the bottom of the exterior, giving this home a rustic farmhouse twist that truly stands out. 🏠 Inside, they chose stunning cathedral ceilings in the living room, complete with a center beam and a brick fireplace with a wood mantle that ties beautifully into the wood accents throughout the home.

And can we talk about this kitchen for a second?! The custom hood vent, stunning kitchen island, and extended cabinetry flowing into the dining area all come together to create a space that’s not just beautiful—but incredibly functional too. Perfect for entertaining and everyday life! 🙌
