We came to prep up this home for the spring for a full restoration. You can say there was some rot on this home. Over 250 ft of repair work done. Check it out! Restoration work later to follow later this year!

-220 linear ft of refacing
-7 deck posts replaced. Installed screw jack leveler so there’s no contact between log and concrete. Prevents bottom end from rotting in the future.

We had the opportunity to restore this beautiful home! The previous finish on the home was failing and needed a complete removal. Here’s the process we followed for this restoration project…
-media blast using crushed glass
-borate treatment
-one coat of colorfast
-two coats of stain
-one coat of clear coat
-sealed up checks/“butt joints”
-log repair/refacing
