Looking to hire for our landscape business. This position is a full-time position for someone with the right mindset and work ethic. Pay starts at $12/hour and increases based on current experience level at hiring, as well as performance-based raises during employment.

✅️Requirements:✅️
--18+ years old
--Must pass a drug screening! No exceptions!
--Dependable transportation to our shop in Opelousas right off I-49.
--Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs at a time
--Not scared of dirt, weather, pulling weeds, or running a weedeater
--Availability to work some Saturdays (we are always off on Sundays!)
--Must be able to work *full* days. We usually start early and wrap up late and will not be able to transport you back to the shop a few hours into a work day, or wait for you to arrive on a site later in the afternoon. Unfortunately this isn't a good position for students with half-day schedules or availability one or two days a week.
🤩 Bonus Qualifications 🤩
--Previous professional lawn care and Landscape experience
--Ability to safely and efficiently operate a zero-turn mower and compact loader or excavator
--Ability to drive and *back-up* a truck with a trailer (will require clean OMV record)
--Plant knowledge or interest in learning about plants from our horticulturist on staff
