2 new projects going on in Lafayette simultaneously this year into next year.
Wabash landing apartments in West Lafayette, and The Verve apartments on Purdue campus.
We'll be doing all division 10 construction at these locations, from closet shelving, to bike racks and even restroom partitions.
3 years ago I was struggling looking for people's furniture to build and TV's to mount. Now we're hiring employees. Henry Ford wasn't able to play with hot wheels, and j.k. Rowling wasn't just told about Harry Potter and Hogwarts.
Once you get locked into a serious skillset, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. It will either break or transform into something different, but the same, kinda like Pokemon.

It's almost a wrap on another gulag project for elevated experience. This one was a fresh reminder just how physically demanding this work still is.
It's going on 10 years of shower door experience, and they are still heavy. Also no fun to carry up a few flights of stairs and then up and down a football size hallway, but thanks to another awesome business associate of mine, Will with AC Tint we were able to knock em out.
This project is located off of 65 @ the Anson commons in zionsville. It's a multi family apartment complex, that will open next year and will contain 90+ shower doors done by yours truly.

It's been a fantastic year for construction it seems. I say let the work flow all the way through winter and back.

I'm proud to say my business has signed it's first big contract with a commercial construction company.
The project is an awesome 12 story multi family building with 230+ units and mid floor amenities, and ground level shops and parking. Elevated experience is in charge of all division 10 items for this project. Such as; fire safety equipment, mirrors, ada compliant accessibility, shower doors, closet shelves , and restroom accessories. The project is set to last from mid September until mid to late December.
It's a huge step in the right direction, a chance to build new relationships with new businesses. A chance to strengthen current partnerships and build more trust as well.

When I build something by hand whether it be a medical cart for a hospital, conference rooms for wal mart, displays for Meijer, my very own engine, and best of all my own business. You can pretty much guarantee it's going to work well and produce amazing results.

Edit: Elevated Experience has signed 2 actual big contracts in the multi family Dept.
This workload will carry over until February next year.

Tasked with fixing a wobbling hand rail. I had to disassemble the staircase and remove the glued in wooden plug to reach the bolt.
After this operation, I had to cover the hole back up some how. What I am not is a carpenter. What I am is an artist with good work ethic. Check out the tools and materials I used, and progress start to finish.

I am not good at keeping this face book page up to date.
Personally I loathe facebook.
But I feel like my business should maintain relevance on this platform, even though there are tons better out there now for what I do.
It doesn't and can not reflect the true success of my skills though.
This year has been great.
Tons of great new clients have been gained.
I've worked at some really cool new places here in the Midwest , and not just residential houses. I feel free. Free to do what i want for work and literally be the best at it.
