LEMOINE is proud to share the recently completed Elizabeth and Leslie Richard Student Union at McNeese State University. Designed to serve as a central hub for campus life, the new Student Union offers students a modernized cafeteria, expanded collaboration spaces, a large event venue, and offices for staff and student organizations. The 50,000 SF facility blends timeless brick masonry with modern glass and metal elements to create a welcoming space built for connection, community, and student engagement. Congratulations to the entire project team for delivering this project on time and under budget.

Recently, our CEO, Lenny Lemoine, accompanied by his wife, Christine, visited the site of Our Lady of Wisdom in Lafayette, where our team is proud to be bringing a transformative vision to life on the campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Designed by McCrery Architects of Washington, D.C., this extraordinary project will feature a beautiful new church seating 500+ parishioners alongside a 25,000-SF Student Center created to foster faith, fellowship, and community. From formation spaces and an Adoration Chapel to lecture halls, study rooms, and vibrant gathering areas, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to serve generations to come.

The recently completed Ochsner Grove MRI addition, is a 3,285-square-foot expansion to the existing medical office building designed to enhance diagnostic imaging capabilities and patient care. The project introduces two new MRI magnets along with the necessary supporting spaces, including equipment rooms, control rooms, and patient dressing areas, all thoughtfully integrated to ensure efficient clinical workflows and patient comfort.

In addition to the building expansion, the scope of work includes key site improvements such as the relocation of the existing trash compactor, modifications to covered walkway canopies, and the expansion of paving at the loading dock to support operational needs. Together, these upgrades position the facility to better serve growing demand while maintaining a high standard of care and functionality.
