A leak under the asphalt is never a good thing!

The team went out on a leak and high water bill call that quickly turned into a full water line replacement. We sleeved the new line in 2” PVC for added protection, so if the church ever needs to replace the line again, a new one can simply be pulled through the sleeve—without another huge mess.

Doing it right today can save a lot of trouble down the road!

A lot of our work gets covered up and never seen again, which is why getting it installed correctly and inspected before backfilling matters.

BUT… you never call to cancel your original appointment. 😳

Now the original company has dispatched a technician, loaded up the service truck, driven to your home, and arrived expecting to perform the work.

HERE’S THE BIG QUESTION! 🤔

Should the original company charge you a service call fee for failing to cancel your appointment?

👍 YES! The company has time, fuel, and labor invested.

❤️ NO! If no work was performed, there shouldn’t be a charge.

😮 IT DEPENDS! Was the customer informed of a cancellation or trip fee beforehand?
