My mother's house I installed new wood soffit, replaced about 1/3 of the T1-11 siding, replaced most of the trim, leveled the front porch, installed custom made(by me) window trim that is both functional and looks much nicer than todays standard 1x4 trim and painted entire home. My mother was a huge help with the painting!!!
My Mother had got a bid from a reputable local contractor in Lafayette, who estimated they could do the work for $50,000. I was able to complete the project for lest than $15,000 🤑😁🤯😁

For my own reasons, which I believe are valid, changes have been made to the protocol regarding various groups of people, including government agencies, extraterrestrial life forms, women (regardless of their perceived level of sanity or relationship with me), and others, to ensure their requests are carefully evaluated and found acceptable in all categories relevant to my personal well-being.

Good afternoon! It’s time for the daily update!
Today Jason Cunningham, and I will be doing a number of tasks.
We will be painting in the kitchen. Sanding and painting the kitchen cabinets so we can install those. I will still have some finish work to do on the face I the cabinets, but do to time constraints I need to keep moving forward! I will be doing some pluming so I can take a shower after I’m done working. Possibly texture some ceilings. 😩😞😔😖😫😩🙁☹️
