This is an older home being sold , part of our services are we repair before painting or perform improvements for the homeowner to sell the house.
Able to fix rot in two areas , install shutters, rehang an outside door,
Take out an old a/c unit and frame up a window with the glass in its place,
Repaired louvre doors inside, build a frame for microwave to name a few
Improvements to get the house ready to sell, owner was very pleased!
