Think everything’s fine? Some plumbing issues stay hidden until they become expensive problems.

A whole home plumbing inspection helps catch small leaks, worn-out parts, and early warning signs before they turn into major repairs.

What we check:
• Pipes and connections
• Water pressure and flow
• Fixtures and valves
• Water heater condition
• Signs of hidden leaks

It’s a simple step that can save you time, money, and stress down the line.

If you’ve never had your plumbing checked, now’s a good time to start.

Most homeowners don’t think about their grinder pump until something goes wrong, like an alarm going off or a sewage backup.

Routine maintenance helps prevent that.

At Good Clean Plumbing, we help homeowners stay ahead of problems with simple, proactive care. A well maintained grinder pump runs efficiently, lasts longer, and keeps your home protected from messy and costly issues.

If it’s been a while since your last check, it might be worth taking a look before problems start.

A homeowner scheduled a water heater flush after noticing inconsistent hot water and slight discoloration.

Over time, sediment builds up inside your tank. This can:
• Reduce efficiency
• Increase energy bills
• Shorten the lifespan of your water heater
• Lead to unexpected breakdowns

At Good Clean Plumbing, a simple flush helps keep your system running efficiently and prevents costly repairs down the line.

If your water heater hasn’t been serviced in a while, now is the best time to get ahead of it before peak summer usage.

A homeowner noticed a leak at their water heater just before heading out of town. To prevent further damage, they shut the unit down right away.

At Good Clean Plumbing, this is exactly the kind of quick action that can help avoid bigger issues like water damage, pressure buildup, or unexpected leaks while you’re away.

If you spot signs of a leak, even a small one, it’s always best to have it checked before it turns into a costly repair.

A homeowner noticed their grinder pump kept tripping the breaker, then running, stopping, and kicking back on. They also heard noises from the basin, even when the pump was not actively running.

At Good Clean Plumbing, this is commonly caused by electrical strain, debris in the system, or early component wear. In some cases, foreign objects can also make their way into the drain and create issues.

If your grinder pump is not running consistently, it is usually an early sign something needs attention.

Catching it early can help prevent backups, system failure, and more costly repairs.

A homeowner noticed their hot water wasn’t as hot after the storm, dropping from around 130°F to 100 to 106°F. At Good Clean Plumbing, we often see water heater issues after storms caused by power fluctuations, sediment buildup, or failing heating components.

If your water heater is not heating properly, this is usually an early sign something needs attention, even if the unit is only a year old.

Catching water heater problems early can help prevent a complete loss of hot water and more expensive repairs. If your hot water temperature changed after a storm, it’s best to have it checked by a professional plumber.

What looked like a simple clog turned into something much bigger.

The homeowner noticed the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and then the tub started backing up. Soon after, a leak showed up in the garage ceiling right below the bathroom.

After taking a closer look, we found the real issue. Debris left inside the drain line including a PVC cutter and a loose bolt was blocking the system. This caused the backup, which eventually forced the toilet seal to fail and leak.

The home was recently renovated, with new fixtures installed but the original pipes still in place. Situations like this are more common than you think, especially when older plumbing meets new upgrades.

The good news is we were able to clear the blockage, remove the debris, and confirm everything is flowing properly again.

If something feels off after a renovation, it’s worth getting it checked properly. Small signs can point to bigger issues behind the walls.
