🔨 Project Complete: Beach Cottage + ADU Remodel | Laguna Beach 🏡

We’re excited to share the completion of this complete remodel of a 1928 home in Laguna Beach, including both the main house and a beautifully updated ADU.

This project was all about honoring the home’s original character while thoughtfully updating it for modern living. From preserving historic details to improving flow, comfort, and functionality, every decision was made with care. The remodeled ADU adds flexible living space—perfect for rental income, guests, or multigenerational living.

✨ Just Finished! Top of the World ADU Addition ✨

We’re excited to share one of our newest completed projects — an accessory dwelling unit added underneath an existing home in the Top of the World neighborhood of Laguna Beach.

This space started as an unused area beneath the house, and is now a fully livable ADU that adds comfort, flexibility, and long-term value to the property. Whether for rental income, guest space, or multigenerational living, ADUs are a fantastic way to make the most out of your home.
